I ordered two prints roughly 3 years ago. We recently moved and I had a larger wall space that I wanted to add a 3rd matching print. The owner went above and beyond and sent me new prints, at no cost, of my original purchases, along with my new purchase. She sent me a hand written note that stated she has changed her technique and wanted to ensure all 3 of my prints matched perfectly! This is a true definition of going above and beyond on customer service. I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this owner and shop!
